The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo) culminated the 2023 National Women’s Month Celebration (NWMC) with an advocacy walk that aimed at celebrating the achievements, accomplishments, and vital role of women in society.
On March 30, 2023, around 30 female and male TransCo employees participated in the “Indak ni Juana at Juan: Fun Walk and Physical Fitness Activity” held at the National Power Corporation Complex Grounds in Diliman, Quezon City.
Led by TransCo’s Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS), the fun walk and physical activity became one of TransCo’s ways to support the advocacy of creating a future that is empowered, gender-equal, and inclusive.
