Recognizing that the use of gender-fair language as the first benchmark of gender-sensitivity, selected Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System (GFPS) members attended a webinar furthering their knowledge regarding this. The webinar on gender fair language provided the participants practical tips on how to use gender-fair language in official documents, communications, and issuances, in compliance with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 12, Series of 2005.
